The Village of Elk Rapids

Notice of Review

The Village of Elk Rapids Planning Commission will be working through Ordinance specifics pertaining to Recreational Vehicle Storage in the upcoming weeks. The main point of discussion entails lodging in units as well as the following language that is in Section 518(A)(2) – Storage of Recreational Vehicles and/or Recreational Units;

  1. The storage of Recreational Vehicles and/or Recreational Units shall be allowed as long as they are at least 50 feet from the edge of a road right-of-way, are not in a building side yard setback and are at least five feet from the edge of an alley right-of-way.
