In accordance with Act 57 of 2018 (Recodified Tax Increment Financing Act), the Elk Rapids Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will present its biannual informational presentation to the Village Council at a public meeting. The meeting will take place as follows:

This informational presentation serves as one of two required annually. The DDA will discuss the capture and use of tax increment revenues within the district. This meeting is open to the public, and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
