š Submission: Sealed bids must be clearly labeled and delivered to the Village Government Center, Attn: Harbormaster Mike Singleton.
This project includes trench excavation, temporary berm construction, installation of silt fencing, safe upland disposal of excavated materials, and full site restoration in compliance with all permit requirements.
